Faint Call of Divinity
A translucent form, glowing and familiar,
Wrapped in the faint call of divinity,
Has touched upon our souls.
Suffused with love beyond the domain of knowing,
Our hearts are singing with sweet and singular resonance.
The silent smile of our heart’s oneness
Has replaced all languages of the world.
For a time we cross the delicate rim of the finite
To feel the touch of infinity,
While an inner light holds back the heavy stamp of thoughts,
Rallying to cross the mind like rushed commuters.
The world of meditation is slowly retreating
Into the core of silence.
Tomorrow we will stay a little longer.
